My friend loves to eat this "ice cream" with chocolate syrup! Great for "old" bananas in the "brown dotted skin" stage, before they become "ready for Banana bread.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana (we recommend that you cut the banana into at least 4 pieces before freezing)
Chocolate Syrup
Using your food processor, pulverize the banana until it's smooth. We highly recommend adding a bit of chocolate syrup, to taste.
You could mix in a bit of fruit syrup instead of chocolate syrup.
Serve Immediately
