PurlaGoose, a rather shy goose, sometimes goes grocery shopping.  The last time she went, she went to the deli to get some chicken and cheese for some of our favorite paninis.  While there, she got some colby jack slices, havarti slices and sliced chicken breast.  After she got her order, the deli guy asks her what she’s going to do with “all of this stuff”.  Hmmm…now, Purla wanted to be nice and she just explained that these would be the ingredients for our favorite paninis.  But really, she just wanted to scream because it’s really none of the deli-guy’s business.  Plus, the order wasn’t all that unusual. 

So…are we the only ones who experience this?   And are we the only ones bothered by commentary about our groceries?
